Therefore, the first step is for us to set up a phone conference to discuss your search criteria, including but not limited to: number of acres, number of sites, geographic area of interest, type of campground you are seeking to purchase, price parameters, and any other relevant factors to help us find what fits your needs.

Buyers should be prepared to share financial information with sellers, showing their ability to purchase any facility for which they request the name or location thereof. Buyers typically need as a down payment 10% - 30% of the asking price in cash, to qualify for financing.
