In 1970, we sold our first campground. It was a KOA. The seller wanted a larger KOA. Since we had just sold the only campground we had at the time, and we had several other buyers for campgrounds, the search began for campgrounds and hasn’t stopped in over 38 years with 150 parks currently for sale! Those first few years were memorable, to say the least. Try driving 6 hours to meet a buyer just to hear “this is not what I’m looking for.” Then drive 6 hours back to the office! There just had to be a better way!  From Super 8 movies to DVD, overnight mail and the Internet. We have always taken advantage of leading edge technology. With our corporate aircraft we can cover the United States and Canada in hours. An office staff to process data and an experienced sales personnel there is no campground too far, too small or too large.
