Amenities Your guests will not be bored with all this park has to offer! There is a small lake for fishing and paddle boating. The heated pool is furnished with comfortable furniture so they can kick back and relax. There are also golf cart and pedal cart rentals. Enjoy a game of horse shoes with your friends. The children will stay busy at the 2 playgrounds. One of them was installed in the spring of 2019 with a new seating area. They will also enjoy the Wattman electric train, gem mine, Gaga Ball pit, basketball court, soft ball back stop, volley ball net, poly pong, soccer goals, and dog walk.
Your guests will also enjoy the café with many treats to indulge in like a scoop of hand-dipped ice cream or freshly baked pizza!
There are a total of 29 rental accommodations to choose from. Your guests may prefer more of a rustic cabin, or deluxe cabin, or try “glam camping” in one of the glamping tents!
There are 2 bath houses throughout the park. There were new cameras installed in the spring of 2019. The pavilion is available to rent for reunions, birthdays, or special events!
Sites The park is situated on 40 acres. Any expansion would have to be done within the borders of the park.
There are 221 campsites and 29 for the rental accommodations which totals 250 sites.
Cable is accessible on all cabins & 196 sites. The system was upgraded in the spring of 2019 to Dish HD.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. The site break down are: 51 full hook up pull thru sites. All are 50/30 AMP. 5 of these are KOA Patio sites. 53 full hook up back in sites. 15 of them are 50/30 AMP. 6 of them are KOA Patio sites. 78 are water/electric sites. 4 of them are 50/30 AMP. 2 of them are pull thru sites, all others are back in. 29 sites are back in with electric only. 10 sites have no hook ups.
The park currently has 12 seasonals, and 7 monthly customers. The rest are over nighters.
The park is on well for fresh water and it has a water treatment plant. The talk is that city services are coming to the area!
Owner's Residence There is an apartment above the office/store. There are 2 bedrooms with a third room that could serve as another bedroom or an office. There is a full kitchen with an eating area. A full bath with tub & shower combination. The living room opens onto a deck, with exterior stairs, so accessible from private entrance or through office/store. There are central heat & air conditioning. It is independent of the office/store system. Mix of hardwood & carpet, tile in bath, linoleum in kitchen. Attic space above is accessible from one of the bedrooms. The apartment spans the total dimensions of the office/store.
