11 Acres Rolling acres overlooking vast spaces. The park is very neat and clean. Guests come from all over the US and Europe, but primarily from 4 surrounding states.
50 Sites All sites have city water and 2 have city sewer. 20 sites have 50 amp service, the remaining have 20/30 amps. Sites are shaded and well spaced.
Main Building Historic barn contains the office, store, and lounge on the main level and the maintenance area and storm shelter on the lower level. The store sells basic supplies for weekenders plus souvenirs. The lounge boasts 1,100 books in the book exchange, easy chairs and a 39" flat screen hooked up to Satellite TV. A covered front porch invite guests for the spectacular sunsets.
Bathhouse There are none cleaner and with Persian rugs! The women’s side has 3 showers and 5 stalls while the men’s has 3 showers, 3 stalls and 2 urinals. The laundry room in this building has 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Chapel Small, timber construction seats up to 25 people for services or weddings.
Owner's Home 14’ x 70’ mobile home with a gas fireplace features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a sunken living room and a laundry room. Nicely decorated.
Recreation Building Remodeled it in 2007. New
flooring, new wainscoating, new curtains, painted all the trim/walls.
Seats up to 65 for dinner at long tables. It is heated and has air conditioning. Very popular for potlucks, meetings and rallies.
