Cabins

6,100 square foot, 2 story building built in 2006 contains the bathhouse, game room and 2 apartments on the lower level. The upper level is the owner’s residence giving a 360° view of the property. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Apartments/Park Models
There are a total of 10 apartment/park model units. One apartment in the Main Building, two studio apartments in the Owner’s Residence, and 6 stand-alone 1 bedroom park models. Two were new in 2007, four were new in 2008, and one new in 2009.

Additional Info
The maintenance building is a 2,040 square foot building housing the workshop and equipment storage. The pond is a 5 acre pond, recently dredged. It is great for fishing and paddle boating. The pond has a fountain and is lighted. A pizza franchise on the premises is another lucrative revenue source.
