The area brings so many visitors for many types of activities from swimming and fishing in the summer to snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. The area is known for being the “hiking capital!”
There are more than 100 towns and villages, each offering their own off-the-beaten path treasures from gastro-pubs and Olympic sports, to centuries-old winter carnival celebrations, and boutique shops selling hand-crafted furniture and goods.
Amenities Your guests will look forward to relaxing after a full day of site seeing, hiking, or anything that brings them to the area. They will enjoy sun bathing on the sandy beach, or maybe swimming in the river. Your guests may relax by the river fishing. There is also a playground for the children. They will also enjoy tubing, kayaking, or canoeing! They are welcomed to bring their own!
Sites The park is situated on 21 acres with room to expand.
There are a total of 145 sites. There are 113 FHU sites. There are 7 sites that are W/E, and 25 tent sites that are primitive. The sites that have electric are all 30 AMP service. There are many types of sites to choose from that are on or off the water, or nestled among the trees. The RV sites can accommodate large rigs.
There are a total of 5 cabin rentals to please all your guests. There are 2 cabins with bathrooms. The 1 cabin has a kitchen & bathroom. The others are sleeping cabins.
The park is on well water and septic tanks. The season runs from Memorial weekend to Columbus Day. Winter season runs from December 1st- April 1st. The park is open year round to benefit from the great earnings potential!
Owner's Residence There is a remodeled double wide that is 30x80. It is approximately 2,200 sq. ft in size.
It has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms.
