Motel Building
Concrete block building built in 1983. It has 12 motel rooms that exceed the County Health and safety regulations. All mattresses were replaced in 2007. This is the only motel for 30 miles in any direction. This building also contains the business office and the manager’s residence. The manager’s apartment has 1 ½ bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living room. It also has an enclosed patio and is partially furnished. The office also has a store selling snack foods, toiletries and RV parts and supplies.

Restaurant
Currently open for breakfast and lunch seating 80 guest inside, 24 in an enclosed outside patio and 6 in a gazebo. All kitchen equipment was purchased new in 2004 and includes a 6 burner stove, flat grill, char broiler, 2 ovens, deep fryer, 2 prep tables and refrigerators, freezers and a dishwasher. This is the only sit down restaurant for miles around.

Recreation Building
Contains the video game room, pool table, other tables and chairs. 50/50 split with vendor of the equipment

Owner’s Residence
1,200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home built in 2004 features an open floor plan, 360° views, covered patio and enclosed porch. It has oak cabinets, ceramic tile flooring and upgraded appliances.
