This KOA is running the most current version of KOA registration system, as they updated the system in May 2018.
The busy season is May through October. Almost all of the campers that stay during the season
are nightly guests with a small percentage that are monthly.
The off season, the majority of the guests are monthly. This year will be the first time the entire campground will be winterized. Due to the spike in snowbird travelers, there has been a need to keep the entire campground open for the winter.
The property consists of +/- 12 acres of developed campground and +/- 20 acres of adjacent land that is partly cleared and ready for new development.
The campground currently has 66 full hook-up sites, 19 water and electric sites, 6 tent sites, 10 rustic cabins, 1 cabin with bathroom, 2 deluxe cabins with bathroom and kitchen!
Of the 85 RV sites, 59 are 30 Amp and 26 are 50 Amp and 64 are pull thru and 14 are back-in.
